can we still be friends?

pack your bags, because we are going for a shame trip.
promise you'll still talk to me after being an embarrasement to society?

i did one. and i probably wont do it again. but heres a spice of Em for the week. 1:39 seconds won't kill you. Sure that is time you wont get back, but, come on people, its Emily we are talking about ;)

I had a few confessions I was going to post. Maybe expressing these will help my conscoius, and maybe it won't. But for what its worth....here it is.

1. When I was in the 1st grade, I checked out a book from my teachers library and I never returned it. Why? Because the authors stinkin last name was Lewis, so I felt entitled to keep it.

2. When I had scripture study when I was little, and my nose was often in another book, I would place the Book of Mormon on the outside of the book I was reading. I was that ridiculous.

3. When I was in the 1st grade, I wore the same pair of socks for 30 days because well, they were my favorite. Now, I own over 15 pairs of socks.

4. I've learned to drink out of my cup on the side of my mouth, just so that when I'm reading while eating, my cup doesn't get in the way of where I am in the book. Bad or Good Habit? Debatable.

5. I love sewing alittle too much sometimes. For example, when i was in high school, I would have my sister go upstairs, stand near my parents bedroom, while I would sew for a little bit, just to see if she could hear anything, and then if she couldn't, I knew I would be okay to see late into the night. (sorry mom!)

6. One time I didn't shave my legs for entire span of 5 months.

7. I couldn't swallow pills for a good portion of my teen years. As an incentive, my mom gave us mini m&m's to practice on. Lucky for me, m&m's are my favorite candy. You can do the math, but I wonder why it took me 5 years to learn to swallow real pills. ;)

8. Thats all i've got.

  1. I don't know what prompted that post....but it was kind of ridiculously funny. And yes, I guess we can still be friends. :)

  2. Evelyn asked that I put the video on repeat. She watched it over and over. She would wave and say hi to you and was confused why you weren't waving back
